Openness score
Not scored yet
Not scored yet: 2 of 6 sources are checked and a score needs 4.
A source that has not been verified earns nothing until it is, so a low score means open sources are not confirmed yet. It does not mean a county withholds anything. How the score is computed.

Published
Checked September 22, 2026
The Florida Department of Revenue posts the Hamilton County assessment roll (owner names and addresses, legal descriptions, land-use codes and values) as a free zipped CSV file. The 2026 preliminary file read on September 22, 2026 held 13,197 parcel rows.
- Find the county's file inside the portal's NAL folder for the roll year by its FDOR county number, 34: in the final-roll folder (2026F) once the county has posted its final roll, otherwise in the preliminary-roll folder (2026P). File names are typed by hand and vary by county and year, so look for the number rather than the spelling.
