Money questions, straight answers
Is there a contract?
No annual contract. Subscriptions are month to month. The founding rate stays locked for as long as you remain a member; leave and rejoin later, and you pay the rate current at that time.
What does white-glove onboarding include?
Setup for one market, included with founding membership: your county data and GIS layers wired, your records imported, your brand locked into Design Studio, CASH tuned to your voice, and your first campaigns built and staged with you. The commercial details are covered in your membership agreement at signup.
What about residential?
The residential program opens after the CRE founding cohort. If residential is your line, request access and mention it in the note; you will be added to the waitlist and contacted when it opens.
Why is there no free trial?
Because onboarding a market involves real setup work and real data costs, SourceDeck runs a founding class with personal onboarding instead of a self-serve trial. The demo shows you the actual deck before you commit.
What happens to my price when list pricing takes effect?
Nothing. Founding members keep their founding rate for as long as they stay. List pricing applies to members who join after the founding class closes.
Are enrichment and AI costs extra?
The subscription includes the platform and its AI operation, and cost-transparent surfaces (like the dry-run preview in Exec Finder and the per-document cost in Design Studio) exist so you always see what the machine spends. Unusually heavy paid-data usage is discussed with you before it becomes a bill, never after.
Do you charge per seat?
Founding pricing is per brokerage operation, sized for the solo broker or small team the product is built around today. If you are a larger team, ask; the answer will be worked out with you rather than read off a grid.
